Where to Start?
First, you will need to book a consultation with Acne Expert, Abbey.
Your consultation will include an in-depth analysis of your skin, diet, lifestyle, current medications and products used.
To make the most of your consultation we will ask that you be prepared with a list of products/make-up/supplements/medications you use. We also want you to come prepared with questions and an open mind to learn about your acne and how best to treat.
Lastly, at this consultation, Abbey will be providing you with a treatment plan, at-home program, and investment summary.
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
What Does the Face Reality Acne Bootcamp Entail?

Consultations: Schedule a one-on-one consultation with Abbey to assess your skin condition and develop a personalized treatment plan.

In our program, you'll schedule bi-weekly appointments tailored to your area of concern, whether it's your face, face+back, or back, over a 12-16 week period. Understanding that acne comedones follow a 90-day cycle, our program spans approximately 90 days to target acne at its root.
Under Abbey's guidance, your home-care routine will be adjusted every two weeks to complement your in-office treatments. Our goal is to prevent comedones from forming, control inflammation, and support you throughout the clearing process.

During our sessions in the Acne Bootcamp, the specific treatments administered will be determined by the current condition of your skin. In our consultations, we delve deeper into your personalized treatment plan, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your goals.
Extractions play a vital role in the clearing process. They not only reduce purging but also assist us in making informed decisions about your skin's needs. As we progress through the program, you'll notice a reduction in the amount of surfacing acne, and the frequency of extractions will diminish after approximately six weeks.
A common query we receive is about peels during the initial appointment. While peels can be beneficial, introducing them too early can lead to purging and irritation. We prioritize the readiness of your skin, ensuring that any treatments we incorporate support your skin's journey to clarity without causing unnecessary discomfort.
